Hans von Spakovsky
Hans von Spakovsky is a leading expert on election integrity, election administration and campaign finance, as well as civil rights and the First Amendment. He is a Senior Legal Fellow in the Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at the Heritage Foundation, and leads their Election Law Reform Initiative. Before joining Heritage he was a Commissioner on the Federal Election Commission and a career attorney in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. See more on his bio page.
